Physician Heal Thyself - 5 Key Steps

I once read a quote that said “physician heal thy self”. It made sense that you would be a living example of your own philosophy of health & Prosperity.
 
At the beginning of any apprenticeship in natural therapies you question your ability to do the job, attract a client, actually get results and bring back the client and referrals.
 
That’s how I felt anyway about Fitness Consulting, Massage therapy and Bowen therapy.
 
It wasn’t until I owned my Health issues and had a win, that I could really make other clients lives better by simply teaching the same thing to them. Let me walk you through my 5 steps to my best health.
 
Evaluation - I was a fitness consultant helping people lose weight or improve sports performance or build muscle. My enthusiasm and confidence was exceptional albeit I was a mere 60kg. I had to review my current health and question why I was 12 kg lighter that when I played sport.
 
Circulation - On top of my fitness consulting, I was now also massage therapist. Circulation of blood seemed to be the key to all life. The removal of toxins being almost equally important. So it made sense I should be enhancing flow as a priority.
 
Nutritional Support - I changed my diet to vegetarian after a immune health issue prevented me from eating meat and drinking alcohol. I seemed to be so much healthier. How ever after step 1 Evaluation, I soon concluded I needed nutritional support over and above my healthy eating because my functional strength was poor due to too little muscle mass. Adding nutritional support paid dividends, as Over time I became 22 kg heavier now but still have a healthy body fat.
 
Movement - Be it as simple as stretching like in Tia chi to running in sports. The purpose and benefits of movement are numerous. But for me my priority is posture and range of motion. Where range of motion is the body is good then posture is generally good also. The result is circulation can flow better.
 
Philosophy - What you think affects your hormonal/chemical secretions. What you think you know - even passionately- can be wrong and putting you under stress. Stress releases chemicals into body. By finding a philosophy for your health plan, life plan etc stress reduces, outcomes become better and health flourishes
 
I became a picture of Health, gained 22kg of healthy mass, changed philosophy became top 3% earners and lead a good, healthy active lifestyle.
